We recommend configuring your mail client to access our system via IMAP. The server settings are listed below:

Account Type: IMAP

Incoming Mail Server: mail.prolucid.com

Outgoing Mail Server: mail.prolucid.com (SMTP)

Use your email username and password for smtp authentication.
